Credit or Debit Card Declined

If you are receiving a message that your credit or debit card has been declined, there are a few possible reasons.

In some cases, your bank or credit card company may have declined the transaction because of automated anti-fraud triggers. Some credit card companies also reject international charges as a security measure. Kindly note that Let The Little Children Come uses the PayPal Payment Gateway based in Singapore.

Please understand that the ‘declined’ message is most likely coming from your bank or credit card company. You need to contact your bank or credit card company to ask them why it is being declined and for assistance in removing any anti-fraud security setting that may be blocking the transaction.

Only your bank or credit card company can confirm the specific reason for a declined credit card. Other possible reasons include:

1.Entering a billing address that does not match what the bank or credit card company has on file
2.Entering a name that does not match the name on the card
3.Having a security setting in place to block online transactions
4.Having a security setting in place that has flagged the transaction as possible fraud
5.Entering the wrong card number
6.Entering the wrong expiration date
7.Entering the wrong CV2 security code
8.Placing an order using a card that has not been activated
9.Going over the account spending limit

Credit or Debit Card Rejected by PayPal

Your credit or debit card may be rejected by PayPal due to one of the following reasons:

1.Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you’re not logged in with that account.
2.You have linked the card to an account, but have not yet confirmed it.
3.Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has been closed.
4.You have exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
5.Your email address is raising a red flag in the PayPal system.
