Have you heard the good news?
More than 2000 years ago, Jesus our Savior was born!
And every Christmas, we celebrate his birth.
God sent his Son, Jesus, to be born on Earth because he loves us very much.
He loves us so much that he wants to be with us forever and ever!

But we cannot be with God because we have all sinned.
Telling lies, fighting and stealing are examples of sins.
The punishment for our sins is that we cannot be with God.
So God sent his Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for our sins.
Jesus came to Earth and died on the cross so that our sins can be forgiven.
And on the third day, Jesus became alive again!
Because of Jesus, our sins can be forgiven and we can be with God forever and ever!

You can be with God forever and ever when you accept Jesus as your Savior:

You can be with God now and forever if you:

• Admit that you have sinned and ask God to forgive you,
• Believe that Jesus died on the cross to be punished instead of you, and
• Invite Jesus into your life to help you turn away from sin.

You can ask Jesus to be your Savior right now.

Dear Jesus, I know that I have sinned. I believe that you died on the cross to take the punishment for my sins. Please forgive all my sins. Come into my life and help me turn away from sin. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
